South Green bioinformatics platform
South Green (SG) is a bioinformatics platform based on the Agropolis campus, associating bioinformatics teams from CIRAD, IRD, INRAE and the Bioversity international-CIAT Alliance.
This national and international network is backed by a large local community in the fields of agriculture, food, biodiversity and the environment, and develops bioinformatics applications and resources dedicated to genetics and genomics of tropical and Mediterranean plants.
South Green offers three types of services:
- Access to HPC infrastructures for calculation and storage with more than 400 analysis softwares
- Innovative open access scientific databases and tools
- A wide range of bioinformatics training at notional level and in the global South
