From 25 June 2024 to 25 July 2024 Montpellier, France

Preserving and feeding the planet: a large-format look at the living world

A photographic exhibition as part of the celebrations for CIRAD's 40th anniversary, at the Jardin des Plantes (botanical gardens) in Montpellier, for a month as of 25 June.

To mark its 40th anniversary, CIRAD invites you on an exploratory voyage into the heart of the living world and its capacity to feed the planet.

From genes to farming systems, via the environment, and even up to the sustainable development of societies in the global South, visitors will discover the variety of the research being done by CIRAD and its partners. That research is aimed at preserving biodiversity and plant and animal health and building more sustainable, resilient food and farming systems!
Join us to celebrate 40 years of novel, useful inter- and transdisciplinary research, geared towards change through action, anchored in territories in tropical and Mediterranean countries and conducted in cooperation with a broad range of partners.

The exhibition will be touring several countries in which CIRAD works, in the second half of the year.

Free entry.
