VIDEOS. What are the implications of agricultural price volatility for food security? This is the question posed by the Committee on World Food Security (CFS) in late 2010 to the High Level Panel of Experts (HLPE). The conclusions of the subsequent report, entitled "Price Volatility and Food Security", are being presented to the CFS at its annual meeting from 17 to 22 October 2011. Interview (in French) on the key points of the report with Benoît Daviron, an economist at CIRAD who coordinated the report.
