VIDEO. Exclusive interview with Elinor Ostrom, the first female winner, in 2009, of the Nobel Prize for Economics. The political scientist talked about "commons", the role of international organizations, and her vision of education during her trip to Montpellier on 20 and 21 June 2011, which was organized on the initiative of the scientific community. On 20 June, Elinor Ostrom gave a talk in Montpellier on "Neither State Nor Market: Community Organization of Resources", which was attended by more than 600 people.
