New version of the Recycling and Risk Unit website

15/12/2011 - Snippets

The Recycling and Risk Research Unit has launched a new version of its website, in line with CIRAD's new graphic charter. It presents the unit and its researchers' activities. To view: ur-recyclage-risque.cirad.fr.

Agricultural, industrial and urban development generates organic matter of various types and in increasing quantities. As a result, there is increasing demand from society for that organic matter to be recycled for agricultural and energy purposes. However, this is not an easy undertaking, and neither is it risk-free. The Recycling and Risk Unit works to develop environmentally-friendly ways of using all these types of organic waste .

The website includes a presentation of the unit , its research , details of the main projects its researchers are working on, its products and services , scientific publications and resources , and the training courses established and run by the unit.
